Do I need an account to play?
No. Prism Fit has no accounts, sign-up or login; download it and play right away. Your device’s Game Center account is used only for the optional rankings (world and friends).
How do I play? Which game modes are there?
Each turn you get three pieces: drag one with your finger onto the 8x8 board. Fill a whole row or column and it bursts for points; clearing lines back to back builds the combo multiplier, and emptying the whole board earns a perfect-clear bonus. When none of the pieces fit, the game is over. Your first game starts with a short tutorial; to see it again, tap the ? button in Settings (it appears only when there is no unfinished game). Tap “Play” on the main menu to choose one of four modes: Classic, Daily challenge, Zen and Blitz.
How do Daily challenge, Zen and Blitz work?
Classic: you play until no piece fits. Daily challenge: everyone plays the same starting board and piece order each day; you can try as often as you like and your best score of the day counts. The first time you finish the day’s challenge you earn a gold reward that grows with your streak; the streak grows each day you play and resets if you skip a day. The day rolls over at 00:00 UTC (03:00 in Türkiye). Zen: there is no game over; when no move is left the board clears itself, and no gold, records or statistics are earned in this mode. Blitz: you have 60 seconds; each row or column you clear adds 2 seconds (up to 90 seconds), and the game ends when time runs out.
Where is my progress stored? What happens if I delete the app or switch devices?
Your best score, gold, shop items, achievements, daily-challenge streak and settings are stored only on your device; they are not tied to an account or a server. If you delete the app, this data is deleted too and cannot be recovered except by restoring a device backup. There is no button to move progress from one device to another: if you set up a new device from your old device’s backup (iCloud or a computer), your progress may come along to the extent the app’s data is included in that backup, but we cannot guarantee it. If you simply download the app on the new device, you start from scratch.
What happens to a game I leave unfinished?
An unfinished game is saved, even if iOS closes the app in the background, and it resumes in the same mode. From the main menu, tap “Continue” to pick up where you left off, or “New game” to choose a mode and start over.
How do I continue after the game ends? What is the difference between continuing with gold and with an ad?
In Classic mode you can continue once per game after it ends: the “Continue” button spends gold (the cost is shown on the button), while the “Watch ad” button is free (you watch a short ad). Both use the same chance; once one is used the other disappears. After you continue, the three fullest rows on the board are cleared and the game goes on. There is no “Continue” in Daily challenge or Blitz, and Zen never ends.
How do I change the sound, vibration or sound style?
Tap the gear icon at the bottom of the main menu to open Settings. Use the Sound and Vibration sliders to set the level, or drag a slider all the way to the left to turn it off. Under Sound style you can choose Soft (the default) or Classic.
How do I change the game’s language?
Prism Fit opens in your device’s language, or in English if your language is not supported. To change it, pick a language from the Language list in Settings; your choice is saved. The game is available in 73 languages.
Why do I see ads? How do they work?
Prism Fit is free and supported by ads, which are served by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional: they open only if you tap a button labelled “Watch ad” or marked with a play (▶) icon, and in return give you a free continue, doubling the gold you earned in a game (×2) or free gold in the shop; the shop’s free gold has a waiting time and a daily limit. After a game ends, an occasional full-screen ad may appear when you move on to a new game; no ads are ever shown during play. If a rewarded ad is not ready, the related buttons are hidden. You can turn off the full-screen ads with the “Remove ads” purchase.
How do I reopen the ad consent form or change my tracking choice?
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and similar regions, Google’s consent form is shown at first launch. To change your choice later, tap Settings › Privacy settings in the game; this button appears only in regions where consent is required. You can change the iOS tracking permission at any time under your device’s Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking; if you do not allow tracking, non-personalized ads are shown. See the privacy page for details.
How do I join the world and friends rankings? Why is my score missing?
The Leaderboard screen on the main menu shows your best games on this device (the “This device” tab). The world and friends rankings run on Apple Game Center: if you are signed in to Game Center on your iPhone or iPad, the “World” and “Friends” tabs appear and your records are submitted to Apple (Classic, Daily challenge and Blitz each have their own ranking; pick one with the buttons above the list). For the “Friends” tab, iOS may ask for permission to access your friends list; if your friends have no score yet, the list looks empty (you can add friends in Game Center). The world icon at the bottom right opens Apple’s own Game Center screen. If you are not signed in, these tabs are hidden and your scores stay on this device; sign in to Game Center from your device’s Settings app and reopen the game. If a new record does not show up in the list right away, reopen the tab after a short while.
How do I share my score? Why does the game ask me to rate it?
When a game ends (and your score is above zero), tap the share icon: iOS’s share sheet opens and you can send a short message with your score through any app you like; if the share sheet cannot open, the message is copied to the clipboard. When you set a new record (after at least four games), iOS’s standard rating prompt may be requested once; whether it is shown is Apple’s decision, and you are under no obligation to rate.
I found a bug or have a suggestion. How do I report it?
Write to support@mgumrah.com. Briefly describe your device model (iPhone/iPad), your iOS version and what happened, and add a screenshot if you can. You can also send us translation mistakes and feature ideas at the same address.
Purchases
Does the game have real-money purchases?
Only one: an optional, one-time “Remove ads” purchase (turns off the full-screen ads between rounds; optional rewarded ads stay). The game is free and fully playable without it. Shop items (color palettes, board themes, block styles and permanent abilities) are bought with in-game gold, not real money (a few are unlocked by achievements); you earn gold by playing, with the daily reward, or by watching optional rewarded ads.
How do I remove ads? How do I restore my purchase?
“Remove ads” is purchased from the Settings screen (gear icon on the main menu), its price is shown on the button, and it is tied to your Apple ID. On a new device, or after reinstalling the app, tap “Restore purchases” in Settings with the same Apple ID. These rows appear only once the App Store has returned the product information: if you do not see them, check your internet connection and reopen the game. Refund requests are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
I bought something in the Shop by mistake. Can I undo it?
Purchases in the Shop are confirmed with two taps. If you still bought an item by mistake, tap the “Sell” button on the Shop screen, tap the item, then tap again to confirm: you get half of its price back in gold. Default items and items unlocked by achievements cannot be sold.
